Kristina’s competitive and coaching experience assists her own Sport Psychology Consulting.  Kristina worked with a sport psychology consultant during her own competitive career and hopes to share the same positive experience with aspiring athletes and performers that she has experienced herself.  Because she personally endured pressure, nerves, fear, injuries, success, frustration, expectations, media, international/high level competition, Kristina has an excellent understanding of all factors and underlying factors that go into being a successful performer, both physically and mentally.  She firmly believes in making the best of every situation and striving for whole-person development.

Kristina is a member of United States Figure Skating and the Professional Skaters Association. She is also a Figure Skating Professional Coach and coaches skaters of all ages, levels and abilities across the Salt Lake City valley.
