This technique is good for relaxation and anxiety / stress management.  It is 17 minutes in length and includes tensing and relaxing your muscles in a systematic way.  It helps build body awareness, which can then be transferred into performance by using the body scan and/or trigger word learned at the end of the recording.  Enjoy!
