SEAN DAVENPORT, MS

Sean is a graduate of the University of Utah, receiving a BS in Exercise & Sports Science (’11) and MS in Psychosocial Aspects of Sport (’14). He joined the Headstrong Consulting team in Spring of 2015. He also currently works for the Professional MBA program at the University of Utah as a Program Coordinator.

Sean has worked with a wide variety of athletes, including golfers, skiers, figure skaters, ballet dancers, hockey players, track athletes, basketball players, and football players, ranging from elementary to collegiate levels.

Sean was heavily involved on campus as an undergrad, serving on the MUSS Board, Student Alumni Board, and ASUU. He served as MUSS Board Vice-President (’10) and President (’11). Sean was also the undergraduate speaker for the College of Health Convocation in May 2011.

Sean was a four-year varsity letterman at Idaho Falls High School for the golf team, helping the team win an Idaho 5A State Championship in 2006 as a junior. Sean is a devoted Utah Athletics patron and continues to follow many of the programs closely. Although golf is his favorite sport, he loves discussing, watching, and participating in a wide variety of sports.
