Chris, aka “the bike psych,” received a M.S. from the University of Utah in Sport Psychology after completing a B.S. there in Exercise and Sport Science/minor in Nutrition. Chris focused his M.S. degree studies on mental tips and training to benefit cyclists but has also enjoyed working with other performers and athletes in skiing, figure skating, dance, football, basketball, running, and more.

Chris’ professional career has been in the cycling, running, and nutrition industries, working with multiple professional teams and athletes in team management and sports marketing roles. This experience has given him a unique behind-the-scenes look into athletic performance across multiple levels. Chris grew up playing basketball, golf, and running track and currently races as an amateur in multiple disciplines of cycling and running events.

Chris currently resides in Logan Utah with his wife Jena and 3 daughters.
